I’ve been at my job for 4 years & I’m unhappy here now. Does 4 yrs show enough longevity?

yes.redo your resume, adding ALL the things you do at your present job.
if you work during" normal biz hours" if may b tricky going on an interview cuz you’ll have 2 take off form your current job.
OR find out y your current job is crappy. is it cuz it pays 2 little? ask for a raise. long hrs? ask 4 a flexible schedule.
if they can’t make u happy by all means search somewhere else

Heck yes. Employers are not nearly as interested in longevity as they once were. And four years is far too long to stay in an unhappy job. To quote cancer doctor Bernie Siegal, "If you don’t like your job, quit."
