    Love the allium …
Love the allium family and Allicin! But you can do too much.

    It’s really cool …
It’s really cool about the appetite staying level with a high green intake. We’ve been starved for minerals all this time!! I cannot contain my frustration when I read peoples’ comments on the 80-10-10 diet, saying they are constantly hungry and still eating 50 bananas and 4000 calories a day! Right? That’s gotta tell ya the brain is still lacking in something. It is either minerals, amino acids, or fats. Greens and avocado to the rescue!. Then only need 1200 calories to satisfy brain!

    hello, what do you …
hello, what do you think about biotin and hair ?

  4. SecretsOfLongevity says:

    Yeah I have noticed …
Yeah I have noticed that with greens :)

I get my chlorella from a local friend who buys it in bulk and then sells it in 1 pound glass jars.

  5. ravendream33 says:

    Thanks for the tips …
Thanks for the tips and inspiration! Im buying chlorella onlinefrom raw food world. Where do you buy it? I eat sooo much dulse!. I eat dulse like some people eat potato chips! My family thinks Im crazy. I eat mixing bowls full of kale, spinach, sprouts, cilantro, dulse, avocado, raw cider vinegar, cayenne, and nutritional yeast.. I crave greens, dulse, avocados, raw cacao, and raw cider vinegar. The greener my diet, the less caloric intake needed. Have you noticed that too?

    I don’t eat quinoa, …
I don’t eat quinoa, but when I did I used like to add raw seaweed to it (after it had cooked), olive oil or coconut oil, cumin and turmeric, miso and sometimes even spicy mango chutney!

  7. pistasheo says:

    if you eat cooked …
if you eat cooked quinoa what do you put on it?

  8. SecretsOfLongevity says:

    No problem with the …
No problem with the questions! Glad you’re going to try this out for whatever period of time you feel suits your bodies needs!

Tomatoes do contain enough sugar to feed yeast. Nutritional yeast is fine as it has been deactivated by heat (so it’s not raw) and won’t feed candida. Raw cacao is great, I eat it everyday. If you’re not doing nuts or many seeds I’d just make sure you’re getting lot’s of calories from protein (algae, greenjuice, sprouts, seaweed) and the avo’s and coconuts. Good luck!

    One more question.. …
One more question….since I am starting this tomorrow….do you think it would be acceptable on no sugar plan to eat raw cacao beans whole? ….or do they feed yeast? Also, nutritional yeast? How about raw apple cider vinegar (love that). I could replace it with lemon juice on my salads. Also, do you eat any tomatoes on a no sugar diet? Sorry for all the questions. I just know you learned a lot from all your studies. Thanks and I will let you know what symptoms I get on this adventure.

    Hi Zak! I am …
Hi Zak! I am starting my no sugar kick tomorrow, Wednesday. I have only one apple in the house and I am not buying any more fruits. Not sure about doing it for six months though. Do you think it’s necessary to go that long to kill all the fungus in the body? Are you eating lots of avocados and coconuts? I do, cuz I feel bad when I eat nuts or seeds, even hemp seeds…..although I digest poppy seeds well (grind them or soak them). Nuts/seeds give me whitish film on my tongue like dairy.

  11. SecretsOfLongevity says:

    I go over that …
I go over that concern in past videos. I love goji berries, but not because I NEED them. Fructose is high in fruit just as it is high in honey or agave and it is a very destructive nutrient. Small amounts of it aren’t that significant which is why it is something you can do certain amounts of.

If you’ve been following me you’d understand that this is a temporary cleanse that I am doing, just like people do juice fasts or liquid fasts or even avoidance of particular foods for X period of time.

  12. ocergnairb says:

    Hey Zack,

    I think …
    Hey Zack,

I think your videos are great and your information too. I am a strong believer in the raw food diet and longevity, etc., and agree with most of all the things you say in videos.

However, I think fruit, and other foods that may contain natural sugars, are optimal in one’s diet.

To eliminate foods even such as goji berries, fresh berries, apples, etc. does not seem healthy. I understand, however, honey (considering it’s not vegan), and agave.

  13. SecretsOfLongevity says:

    The only thing I …
The only thing I grow are my own sprouts indoors. I don’t really have access to a garden to grow things at the moment. We have a great program in our city called “Backyard Bounty”. It’s a group of people that rent people’s backyards to grow vegetables and other things and then they sell them at our farmers market, VERY local :)

  14. Agriking says:

    Since it will be …
Since it will be garden time soon here in Ohio I was wondering if you grow any of this stuff yourself and if so what do you recommend for a home garden?

  15. rawutah says:

    hahaha….I like …
hahaha….I like charleobama’s comment…YOU’RE getting younger man!! Cheers to turning on the anti aging clock! Very informational video..as always, thanks for spreading around such info Zak…much love!

  18. todayisthedaytolive says:

    Well, I just mean …
Well, I just mean that your tissues look healthier, (not that you look more alert or energized). I can tell just from the way you look, that you’ve been eating a lot of algae, because the same thing is happening to my body from eating tons of algae and also sprouts!

  19. SecretsOfLongevity says:

Really, I was sooo tired when I shot that from having spent the day in the city yesterday :p

    Good to know however :)
