Why is no one on Shaq like they were on Kobe?

In case you haven’t heard…

Big-man NBA basketball superstar Shaquille O’Neal was issued a restraining order from rapper Alexis Miller who claimed the giant threatened her through the phone and e-mail. Shaquille O’Neal is 7 ft 1 325 lb, which if I wasn’t threatened by him, I’d get an elephant gun.

Alexis Miller reportedly had a romantic relationship with Shaq, but after they broke up in the prior month Shaq had allegedly said he was going to ‘blackball’ her in the recording industry by paying off famous artists so they do not perform or record with her. Supposedly the agreement reached was $500. This was according to TMZ.

According to Miller’s lawyer L. David Wolfe, they have known each other for 18 months. Miller has made available the messages that Shaq left, one saying: "I dnt no who the fuk u think u dealin wit" and "u will neva be heard from one phone call is all I gotta make no try me. Sho me." One thing is for sure, Shaq doesn’t use spellcheck before sending messages.

Apparently also Shaq has been breathing very heavily on the phone to harass her with, which sounds like a strange way to torture if you ask me. Reportedly Shaq has also sent her emails, one included "an unsolicited vulgar and offensive illustration of a man physically restraining a woman while forcing her to engage in sexual intercourse with him" according to TMZ.

Shaq has yet to comment to the press as of yet and will be in court on September 4th for this case.

Now isn’t it a little hypocritical for everyone to STILL mention Kobe’s rape charges and no one hardly ever talks about Shaq’s recent sexual harassment accusations? Now, you may say..harassment isn’t rape, but Kobe DID NOT get convicted of rape. He also did not stalk the woman, leave threatening messages and emails, and Kobe can spell, unlike Shaq apparently. Even more, this isn’t the first incident where Shaq has been accused of messing around.

B/c Kobe haters r Kobe haters. They won’t turn to anyone else, but Kobe. SHAQ is a 7 foot gorilla, yet they never pick on him even though he is a bigger hypocritical man, and apparently a stalker. And yea, I read the article, Shaq can’t even put together a proper e-mail.

Isn’t it funny that Kobe is most hated NBA player right now ( maybe except of Bowen ) and still gets the attention and recognized for his talent

Shaq is the best player in the NBA today. Of course people are gonna hate on him. People are always jealous of the best. Shaq just pops a couple jokes to media and everyone loves him.

I have to agree with you. I’ve heard very little about Shaq’s harassment charges. Kobe is more appreciated in China. Kind of sad if you think about it. #1 selling jersey in China. Even more than Yao Ming’s jersey.
