    So, they are drying these fruits and keep it like that for the entire year? It is very interesting. I never had these kind of fruits before. As I know, in each environment/climate there are many good fruits/plants etc which help people to live to be healed and to be perfectly adapted to that climate, without the need of any artificial things.

    It’s amazing how much we take for granted! I grew up in the Sonoran desert and only now am I realizing the amazing healing powers of the foods here. We had cactus fruit growing in our back yard and never bothered to eat any even though we knew it was edible!
