Does blue green algae actually make you feel good?

David wolfe said it ws the cat’s meow, but he also said some stupid stuff. ANyone have firsthand experience eating blue grea algae, it it being hyped, or is wolfe just an over excited tardo?

It does give a bit of a boost I recall from using it years back, but stay away from the klamath stuff, there’s something weird about theirs. Seems I read something about bluegreen having some mild toxicity too.
I like chlorella (green algae) a lot, used to gobble it daily and it seems to have some nice effects, but you have to get quality stuff or it’s not properly cracked. It tastes way better than bluegreen too.
Gobble those dark leafy greens, they really make me feel great. And fresh, cold processed omega 3 oils (or fresh walnuts or pepitas have them). Don’t get anything rancid, those oils hate heat and light.
I feel really smooth somehow when I eat the oil regularly.

I don’t think much of wolfe, by the way, selling $5 avocadoes over the internet and such. He seems pushy and a bit too much of a know-it-all preachy type for my taste.

Eating a balanced diet, taking some good-quality nutritional supplements and drinking plenty of pure water, not to mention gentle exercise, good friends and some laughter: they all make you feel good because you are looking after yourself.

Just pill-popping of any kind won’t work in the long run if that is the only thing you do!
