“Vitality” have you read Nature’s First Law? Have you read Any unbiased/non-mainstream literature on this subject? Cooking denatures food, and there are some very healthy intelligent people that have been eating raw for many years.
Also, humans have been doing all sorts of things for thousands of years- is this really a sensible argument for disregarding the 100% raw food diet? Cooked food is addictive, so it’s difficult to be without, but once the “cold turkey” phase is passed you feels great!

I think that there …
I think that there are many cooked foods that I would not want to give up… that Viktoras, David Wolfe and other raw foodists have like beans…pinto beans and the bigger winter squash. I wonder if raw foodists will suffer heath difficulties if they don’t eat like thier ancestors did- cooked and raw food. That diet included raw meat. Fish jerky, beef jerky, ect. Raw food is so beneficial and we should be very grateful to these pioneers, but are they taking it too far? We will see, eh?
