I know another very famous raw fooder who isn’t even raw or vegan. She eats meat and commercial frozen dinners. I saw these in her frig and was shocked that she had that. I always wondered why she was plump and not that healthy looking. I wonder how many of these raw food experts really follow their own advice. Gabriel Cousens looks really wrinkled and old. When I eat strictly raw my skin looks very smooth and vibrant so I have to wonder what he eats.

I’ve been to conferences hosted by David. Fantastic. He will be the first to admit, and actually did, that Gabriel Cousens has all the info’ years before himself. At a conference hosted by Gabriel he said that too much CACAO can blow the adrenal glands. In much the same way that too much stress can. Beware once those glands are over stimulated they never really recover..It’s fine to be excited and over exuberant…it’s also good to be informed by a more level headed researcher.
