I was “vegan” for 2 …
I was “vegan” for 2 &1/2 years and got really sick. I realized later that even if you need nothing but veggies, when you cook them you’re getting zero nutrients…now I’m trying to figure out the right path to go and I saw that a few people had put Sacred Chocolate on their top five super food list. It sounds so great! I hope to try it soon. Keep being awesome!
