David Wolfe is a good messenger for healthfood products, but he over-exaggerates so take his words lightly. for example, goji berries are very nutritional, but they are not the “#1 herb” of Chinese Medicine. every herb has different qualities and thus has different effects on individual bodies. #1 herb for you may not be #1 herb for me
