Many of my youtube viewers are aware of the fact that I’m into living a healthy lifestyle, which includes consuming organic, raw & living foods. (A little FYI, I’ve always been a vegetarian & fairly health conscious, but I became more of a raw fooder a few years ago.) Raw veganism isn’t for everyone. I work with a very advanced technology called EPFX Quantum Biofeedback- One of its many, many features is detecting nutritional deficiencies, and I’ve noticed that many of the raw vegans I work with are somewhat deficient in vitamin d and b12. I have worked with raw vegans who are radiantly healthy with, what appears to be no deficiencies, but this is because they supplement with b & d vitamins and get enough sun. I’m really not trying to bash raw veganism; I simply care enough about people to speak my truth on this subject. I encourage you to become clear about your health before making drastic changes to your diet. I feel that getting blood work done before transitioning to a raw diet is a good idea, and getting blood work done after about 6 months on this diet is also a good idea so you can see where you’re at & whether or not you need to make any changes. If the idea of getting blood work makes you cringe, you can take a more non-invasive route. Anyway, I personally feel that raw veganism can be amazing short-term, to detoxify, gain more mental clarity, more spiritual connection, lose weight, develop that “glowy” complexion… BUT it doesn’t always work long-term- For some people it does, but not everyone, that’s for sure! Check out the work of Daniel Vitalis, Weston Price & Anthony Anderson (rawmodel) if you’re interested in raw food, but not completely sure raw VEGANISM is for you. Perhaps including some organic, raw grass fed dairy or organ meats into your diet is beneficial for you. Who knows?
