Your thyroid gland is one of the largest endocrine glands in the body. Keeping a healthy thyroid gland is essential as this gland acts as your body’s filter for much of the toxicity in your environment/diet.

This last weekend was the David Wolf Longevity Now Conference in Costa Mesa, California. The conference overall was a grand success with movers and shakers in the living foods and conscious health community from all over the world attending.

There were a number of great speakers and presenters dishing out some extremely useful information, information you won’t find at any other conference or convention.

Being at this event for the first time Brother Echo was like a kid in a candy store, eyes wide open, big smile and skipping and jumping everywhere instead of walking.

The reason why I was so excited is because there were so many people there who I’ve wanted to meet and interview, Matt Monarch and Angela Stokes-Monarch to name a couple.

So that’s what I have for you today, the Matt and Angela interview from the 2010 Longevity Now Conference. Although they wouldn’t let anyone film inside we managed to find space right outside the hotel to sit down for a few minutes to talk about a number of things like spirituality, raw influences and family.

Matt and Angela are two of the most down to earth pleasant people I’ve met in our community. For having so much success and notoriety they are both very grounded and easy to talk to and that makes my job (if you want to call it a job) such a joy and pleasure.
